The role applies maintenance best practices, manages planning and scheduling, and supports site objectives. It also develops staff, oversees performance, and advances equipment reliability through structured processes. Key Responsibilities:

Develop local maintenance plans with strategic and budgetary elements Coach maintenance staff within the budget envelope Manage work identification, planning, scheduling, execution,



and follow-up Establish preventive, condition-based, and predictive maintenance strategies Track and improve departmental KPIs and failure management Requirements:
