Shape enterprise developer experience as a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, specializing in APIs, SDKs, GitOps, and self-service platforms. As a Principal member of core Engineering, you will embed with complex enterprise accounts and establish world-class developer workflows. You will standardize platform consumption through APIs, SDKs, reference implementations, portals, and automation. Your feedback will influence the technical roadmap for AI and cloud-native software. Key Responsibilities:

Establish continuous delivery pipelines and GitOps patterns Create self-service developer portals and CLI tooling Standardize enterprise REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs Build testing harnesses and automation frameworks for developers Mentor teams on API design and documentation standards Requirements:

Authority-level mastery of API design principles Proficiency with GitOps workflows and infrastructure-as-code Deep Kubernetes controller, CRD, Operator, and CAPI knowledge 10+ years of software engineering experience 17+ years in qualified technical software roles Use developer advocacy, API architecture, and platform automation expertise to reduce friction across enterprise application teams.
