The Team Leader, Project Management, oversees project delivery and leads professionals supporting Client-Partners. This role coordinates consultants, manages schedules and costs, and prepares project deliverables. It also provides research, assessments, advice, human resources leadership, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
