Support network quality, safety, and service excellence across communities. This permanent, full time supervisor leads Installation & Repair Technicians and Specialists across fibre, wireless coax, copper, and CLEC networks. The work combines hands-on technical support, coaching, process improvement, and customer assistance. You will help develop training, monitor performance, and support implementation practices.
