Lead WSP’s Geotechnical Engineering practice across the Prairies and North through technical excellence, business growth, and people leadership. As Director, Geotechnical Engineering – Prairies & North, you will guide strategy, performance, and regional service delivery. You will develop teams, strengthen client relationships, and expand capabilities across transportation, municipal, energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial markets. The position connects technical leadership with commercial and operational accountability. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in civil, geotechnical, geological engineering, or related discipline Professional Engineer designation or eligibility in a Prairie or Northern jurisdiction 15+ years of progressive geotechnical consulting experience Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios Robust technical, commercial, client, and business development capabilities Bring geotechnical expertise, strategic leadership, and team development experience to WSP’s growing regional practice across the Prairies and North.
