As Department Supervisor, you will promote The Grocery People brand, Fresh, Local, and Personal. You will assist with developing, planning, and executing business goals from the annual budget. The position combines produce operations, financial management, food safety, merchandising, and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Produce and Dairy Operations for smooth daily performance
- Manage inventory and costs to meet sales and financial targets
- Maintain food safety, housekeeping, quality, and compliance standards
- Coach, direct, train, and support staff through team meetings
- Build sales through community engagement, merchandising, and competitive pricing

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education
- Five or more years of retail experience
- Two to three years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience in a Produce Department
- Excellent communication skills and independent work ability
