Apply query understanding, dense vector retrieval, personalization embeddings, and multi-stage ranking. Own search components from problem framing through production code, experimentation, and roadmap decisions. Your work connects retailer needs with technical choices across wholesale discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate LLMs, retrieval, ranking, and reinforcement learning
- Own search components from framing through production
- Design experiments and ship models to live traffic




- Serve personalized product feeds below 100 milliseconds
- Improve team practices through reviews and post-mortems

Requirements:

- Three-plus years building production machine learning systems
- Experience in search, recommendations, or retrieval relevance
- Knowledge of dual encoders, ANN serving, or learning-to-rank
- Strong Python and production engineering skills
