As a Director in WTW’s Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice, you will advise consulting teams on Canadian tax and accounting issues. You will support incentive design, manage projects, oversee junior staff, and build executive compensation knowledge within a multidisciplinary consulting workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide teams on Canadian tax and accounting issues affecting executive compensation
- Support long-term incentive and equity-based compensation solution design
- Draft statements of work, project plans, and budgets
- Lead projects against objectives, timelines, budgets,



and quality standards
- Coach junior staff and quality-review their work

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of tax or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of applicable tax and accounting requirements
- Experience with incentive program tax and accounting implications
- Proven success managing multifaceted projects and timely deliverables
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, written, and verbal communication skills
