We are looking for a strategic, detail oriented Manager, Financial Analysis to lead financial analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance reporting. This remote role is open to candidates based in Canada or the United States. Position Overview The Manager, Financial Analysis will take ownership of financial analysis and modeling across the business. You will provide explicit, accurate financial insight to support leadership decision making and work closely with marketing, logistics, accounting, and leadership to analyze financial performance, inventory, margins, and growth opportunities. Skills and Qualifications
• CPA designation is required.
• Five to ten years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling experience.
• Experience in Shopify ecommerce, retail, or a DTC environment.




• Experience supporting international or multi-entity DTC operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP sourcing and implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast growing remote environment.
