Team members contribute directly to keeping local projects running smoothly and on schedule. Role Description The Parts Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Grande Prairie, AB. This position is responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct instrumentation parts and materials. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory levels, processing orders, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate records of parts received and issued. The Parts Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide timely and qualified service at the counter and over the phone, and coordinate with vendors to ensure product availability. The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe,



and organized parts area and supporting the overall efficiency of the supply operation. Qualifications
• Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to support technicians and contractors in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Inventory Control, including tracking stock levels and organizing parts effectively.
• Clear and reliable Communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Basic understanding of instrumentation parts or willingness to learn technical product details.
• Ability to work on-site full-time, standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical activity such as lifting and moving inventory.
• Experience in a parts, warehouse, or industrial supply environment is an asset.
• Comfort using computer systems for inventory, ordering, and documentation; familiarity with ERP or POS systems is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade-related education is an advantage.
