Company Description The Tiramisu Guy is a growing specialty dessert brand producing high-quality tiramisu for retail, wholesale, catering, and direct-to-consumer customers across Ontario. Role Description The Production Associate is a part time, on-site role based in Etobicoke, ON. The role involves supporting daily food production, including ingredient preparation, product assembly, packaging, labeling, and order preparation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare ingredients and assist with product assembly and packaging
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), recipes, and production instructions
* Maintain product quality, consistency, and proper labeling
* Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
* Keep production areas clean, organized, and protected




* Assist with inventory, restocking, and order preparation
* Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production targets Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, food production, bakery, or a similar environment preferred
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and food safety guidelines
* Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
* Ability to safely lift and handle materials up to 70 lbs when required
* Comfortable working in cold environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas
* Food Handler Certification
