This permanent, full time role at Consilium Place serves clinical programs across SHN. You will interpret financial and performance information, develop annual budget requirements, and support operational decisions. Collaboration includes Clinical Program Directors, managers, physicians, and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial variances and explain performance results to managers and directors
- Participate in annual operating plans and monthly forecasting
- Develop budget presentations, KPI reports, and benchmarking materials
- Analyze utilization, financial, and resource management trends




- Provide financial consultation, training, and report interpretation support

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- CPA, CGA, CMA, CA designation, equivalent, or enrollment
- Three to five years' healthcare budgeting and forecasting experience
- Advanced Excel, SAP, and Business Intelligence tool capabilities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
