The Wastewater Treatment Plant Laboratory Technologist performs technical analysis and supports compliant laboratory operations. Responsibilities include chemical, physical, and bacteriological testing, reportable-data validation, and quality-system improvement. You will also develop methods, troubleshoot instruments, and contribute to plant optimization trials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform chemical, physical, and bacteriological analyses
- Maintain laboratory records and validate reportable results
- Develop, evaluate, and validate analytical methods
- Support optimization trials and laboratory improvement initiatives
- Train staff on procedures and equipment use

Requirements:

- Two-year Chemical Technology program or equivalent
- Three years of experience in a related field
- Detailed knowledge of QA/QC practices
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards
- LIMS experience or training considered an asset
