Support daily living and medication routines at Fred Victor's Kingston Road Housing in Toronto, using trauma-informed and harm-reduction practices.

As an Activities of Daily Living Worker, you will provide personal support services based on client Support/Goal Plans. You will assist tenants experiencing poverty, homelessness, mental health issues, active substance use, trauma, and social isolation. The work uses client-centered, anti-oppressive approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide input into client Support/Goal Plans
- Implement personal support services based on plans
- Assist with hygiene, laundry, rooms, and daily living
- Support medication administration and other identified needs
- Document client interactions according to Fred Victor guidelines

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education, lived experience, or equivalent
- Experience with Life Skills and Hoarding Coaching
- Harm-reduction experience supporting active substance use
- Solid customer service and case management skills
- Trauma-informed, client-centered, anti-oppressive practice
