As a Personal Banking Associate, you will address day-to-day banking needs and guide customers toward suitable staff and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers through advice, transactions, and digital education

Requirements:

- High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Solid customer communication and organizational skills
