This full time Collections Analyst position supports Uline's customer accounts and payment resolution efforts. You will build relationships through phone and email, investigate past-due balances, and maintain accurate records. The role requires collaboration with Credit, Customer Service, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned customer account portfolios through phone and email
- Identify causes of past-due balances
- Partner with customers on payment solutions
- Document collection activity and customer interactions accurately

Requirements:

- Fluency in verbal and written English and French
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
