The work includes insurance contact, computerized accounts receivable, calculations, keyboarding, and process improvement. Accuracy, cooperation, review, and productivity support timely collection activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process patient billing and account documentation
- Contact patients, insurers, and external agencies
- Collect accounts before 120 days of aging
- Follow up on aged accounts and bad debts
- Discuss adjustments and process improvements with the Manager

Requirements:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written communication, and interview skills
- Knowledge of private insurance and insuring agencies
- Accounts receivable or collections system experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Windows, calculations, and keyboarding
