This Personal Care Assistant provides hands-on support across personal care and homemaker or companion services. Responsibilities include hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercises, toileting, meal preparation, feeding assistance, household cleaning, and medication support. The work also includes respite services for families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide bathing, dressing, nail, skin, oral, and foot care
- Assist with toileting, incontinence care, feeding, and meals
- Support range of motion exercises and secure equipment use
- Offer companionship and family respite services
- Assist with self-administered client medications

Requirements:

- High school graduate or equivalent certificate
- Successful PCA skills test performance
- Successful DEARS Drugs and Ethics test performance
- English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension ability
- Valid license and insured automobile or adequate transportation
