Job Overview

Carpentry and renovations work involves repairing, restoring, and improving buildings through skilled installation, finishing, and assembly. You’ll use practical construction methods and tools to complete wide-ranging projects and help deliver safe, functional spaces for customers and colleagues.

Duties

- Read blueprints and schematics, and prepare work areas for renovation tasks.
- Perform carpentry and woodworking, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, and roofing or siding repairs.
- Install drywall, cabinets, flooring, and tile; complete construction painting, caulking, and restoration work.
- Use hand and power tools for assembly and repairs, coordinating plumbing or electrical tasks as appropriate.

Experience

Required: Practical carpentry,



hand-tool and power-tool skills, blueprint or schematic reading, and the ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting, support safe and accurate project completion. Preferred: Construction or handyman experience, concrete forming, drywall, restoration, cabinet installation, painting, masonry, flooring, tile, rebar, roofing, caulking, siding, assembly, plumbing, or electrical work. Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
