Reporting to the Store Manager, you will motivate teams, foster collaboration, and support initiatives strengthening Penningtons’ brand. The position combines customer service, sales performance, inventory, visual merchandising, scheduling, and omnichannel support. You will contribute to engagement, excellence, and body-inclusive fashion experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach team members and guide performance on the sales floor
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning




- Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, displays, and floor coverage

Requirements:
- Two or more years supervising retail or customer-focused teams
- Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
- Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma and flexible evening, weekend, holiday availability
