We are actively hiring full-time, year-round Landscaping and Snow Removal Crew Members to join our commercial property maintenance team.

We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals with strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Candidates with leadership abilities, initiative, and a strong work ethic are particularly valued.

As a member of our Landscape and Snow Removal Crew, you will play an important role in maintaining commercial outdoor spaces throughout the year and ensuring safe access during the winter months.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape maintenance, installation, and snow removal tasks. The role requires proficiency in operating equipment, using hand and power tools, and following established safety procedures. Experience in excavation, irrigation, grading, and horticulture is considered an asset.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Background in landscaping and grounds maintenance

✅ Experience operating snow removal equipment, including backpack blowers, walk-behind sweepers, snow throwers, and other related equipment

✅ Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain attention to detail

✅ Commitment to delivering quality service that meets and exceeds customer and management expectations

✅ Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record (required)

✅ Police Information Check (required)

✅ Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and adaptable shifts when required





✅ Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices

Landscaping & Installation Skills (Highly Valued)

The following skills and experience are considered strong assets:

- Experience with stonework, grading, drainage, retaining wall construction, and general landscape installation
- Knowledge of landscape construction methods and the ability to complete various aspects of landscape projects
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct the installation of landscaping materials
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate work records, daily logs, and requisition orders
- Experience operating and maintaining skid steers, trucks, trailers, backhoes, power augers, grading rakes, tillers, and other landscaping and snow removal equipment
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, excavation, horticulture, and landscape design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
