Process project invoices in Toronto with Green Infrastructure Partners, using Excel, ERP systems, and careful financial administration. Support payments across major infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator supports construction, transit, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects. You will maintain financial records, support project cost controls, and process payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. The position requires accurate invoice verification, organized documentation, and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, verify, and process vendor and subcontractor invoices
- Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and approvals
- Prepare payment batches, electronic transfers, and cheque runs




- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate outstanding balances
- Support project cost reports, registers, and closing activities

Requirements:

- Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related diploma or degree
- One to two years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ERP systems; JD Edwards is an asset
- Knowledge of invoice processing and basic accounting principles
