Lead major gift fundraising for the Canadian Cancer Society from Toronto or Ottawa through a hybrid work model. Apply donor cultivation and relationship management expertise.

As Manager, Leadership Giving Ontario, you will manage individual and foundation prospects and donors contributing to the Major Gift Program. Your work will include proposal writing, Salesforce tracking, prospect research, and stewardship. You will support annual fundraising goals through portfolios, partnerships, and collaboration with stakeholders across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage 100-150 individual and foundation prospects and donors
- Conduct cultivation visits, solicitation calls, and stewardship activities
- Develop foundation proposals, grant applications, and reporting calendars
- Track activity metrics, communications, deadlines, and portfolio balance




- Support senior leadership volunteers and cross-functional fundraising teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and four or more years’ fundraising experience
- Experience writing proposals and developing fundraising cases
- Solid relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- Salesforce or similar donor database management experience
- Advanced MS Office literacy; bilingual French and English highly preferred
