Lead digital learning projects remotely across North America, combining project planning, client communication, and AI-enabled automation for BTS.

As Digital Project Manager for CDL & Hive COE, you will manage learning solutions with Learning Experience Designers, Art Directors, and Technology. You will coordinate project planning, execution, budgets, quality, and delivery across internal and external clients. The work supports BTS operational excellence and creative ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up projects, workspaces, dashboards, and communication channels
- Manage production from concept through testing and launch
- Communicate scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to clients
- Track budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and scope changes




- Pilot AI automation and share effective approaches across PMO

Requirements:

- Minimum three years project management, coordination, or delivery experience
- Experience in learning, digital, or client-service settings
- Robust planning, organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- North America residence and digital tools comfort
