Key Responsibilities:

Launch Instagram and TikTok profiles from zero

Develop organic reach, engagement, and follower growth strategies

Create viral concepts and social-first storytelling formats

Manage research, scripting, calendars, approvals, and publishing

Use analytics and audience insights to optimize performance

Requirements:

Experience growing Instagram and TikTok from early stages

Portfolio showing measurable results from high-performing content

Understanding of algorithms, retention, discoverability, and engagement

Strong creative strategy and social-first storytelling skills

Ability to work PST hours

Bring end-to-end social management, creative direction, and analytics expertise to grow distinctive Instagram and TikTok audiences.
