As Director, Operational Risk Audit, you will lead internal audit activities within your expertise while supporting team development. The role covers operational, cross-functional, and enterprise risks across insurance and financial services. You will also advance methodologies through continuous auditing, monitoring, and dashboard reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and review the internal audit plan

Lead audits covering operational and cross-functional risks

Oversee planning, testing, sampling, interviews, and closing meetings

Present audit findings and recommendations verbally and in writing

Coach team members and advance audit methodologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation

CIA certification considered an asset

Ten years’ insurance or financial services experience

Five years’ internal control experience

Five years’ team management experience and advanced French
