As Systems Administrator – DevOps, you will maintain and improve infrastructure supporting Canada's national shared institutional repository service. The role emphasizes automation, reliability, security, and performance across application deployments, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. You will work with developers, Systems team members, and other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and program network applications

Customize open source web applications

Analyze and install Linux-based networking infrastructure





Configure system applications according to operational needs

Troubleshoot complex computer system problems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience

Minimum five years of related experience

Administer Linux-based systems and infrastructure services

Use configuration management and automation tools

Operate CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools

Apply Linux, automation, CI/CD, and troubleshooting expertise to maintain secure, reliable Scholaris services for Canadian research.
