This Analyst position connects detailed research with strategic project decisions. As an Analyst, you will examine factors influencing commercial and financial choices and support M&A; transactions. You will coordinate diligence activities, identify local issues and risks, and recommend contract changes aligned with customer requirements. Identify project risks, legal considerations, and local issues

Review commercial and financial document contract clauses

Recommend risk mitigation aligned with customer requirements

Collaborate internationally across worldwide business unit deals

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Two to four years’ corporate finance or M&A; experience

Experience building financial models

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
