My Heart Fitness is a cardiometabolic, cardiology-designed platform focused on transforming prevention from concept into measurable action.

We translate structured exercise into projected health and economic outcomes, targeting high-risk populations that drive the majority of long-term healthcare costs.

This is a shift in how prevention is understood, delivered, and valued.

We are hiring a Head of Growth to lead go-to-market and drive early commercial traction.

You will test messaging, build pipeline, close deals, and help define what scalable growth looks like.

You will work directly with the founder and a small, high-energy team to bring this to life.

Build and manage pipeline from scratch

- Test and refine messaging directly with customers
- Consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Comfortable owning the full funnel from outreach to close
- Early to mid-career with a track record of driving real results

Experience in health tech, digital health, or SaaS

* Base salary starting at approximately $70,000+, versatile based on experience
