Coordinate Toronto workplace operations with Hoxton, using service standards and workplace technology to deliver a consistent in office experience. Support people, partners, visitors, and daily workplace needs. As Workplace Coordinator, you will represent Hoxton on site for a client in Toronto. You will coordinate reception, cleaning, security, catering, and maintenance partners while supporting front of house, events, safety, moves, and workplace technology. The position is on-site through 31 December 2026, subject to operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the workplace experience from morning welcome through evening closing

Coordinate service partners and flag standards that slip

Resolve workplace issues before they affect users

Support visitors, events,



moves, and space changes

Track spend, requests, records, feedback, and workplace performance

Requirements:

Three or more years in workplace operations or related work

Experience working with service partners day to day

Front of house, events, and visitor experience experience

Working knowledge of workplace health and safety

Confident workplace technology and AI tools user

Bring service-minded workplace coordination, operational judgment, and technology confidence to Hoxton’s Toronto client site.
