Shape the Future of Sales – Join Our Business Development Team.
We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting businesses across Canada, identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

This is an office-based position focused primarily on outbound B2B cold calling. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys speaking with business owners, building rapport over the phone, and working toward clear performance goals.

Training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career development are available to help you succeed in the role.

Make approximately 250–300 outbound B2B calls per workday using an automated dialer.

Schedule appointments for the sales team.

Work toward established daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to support business development objectives.

Strong command of English with the ability to effectively engage with Canadian Merchants outside Quebec through cold calls.

Previous experience in sales, customer service,



or a call centre is required.

Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, market research, or inside sales is an asset.

Solid communication and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to learn about payment processing solutions and follow the company's sales process.

Performance based commissions: Employee referral bonus, subject to program terms.
