As a Personal Support Worker, you will monitor care, observe residents, and report findings to your immediate supervisor. You will document resident care information as directed while supporting daily needs. The position includes staff meetings, workshops, in-service education, and onboarding assistance for new staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care according to established resident care plans

Requirements:

- Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
- Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
- Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
- Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
- Know bedside care, sanitation, and geriatric resident needs
