This Senior OCS Engineer position focuses on safe, reliable electrification systems serving up-to-date rail and transit infrastructure. You will lead complex design packages, interpret engineering studies, develop field-ready documentation, and coordinate across disciplines.

The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and guiding project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex OCS design packages through project execution
- Interpret study results for engineering decisions and compliance
- Coordinate OCS integration with civil and structural infrastructure




- Build client relationships through clear technical communication
- Mentor teams and guide junior engineers

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree an asset
- Ontario P. Eng. license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive rail electrification experience
- Knowledge of AREMA, CSA, EN, and rail safety frameworks
- Ability to coordinate disciplines and deliver field-ready solutions
