The Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely invoicing and receipt of payments across all branches of Horizon Testing Inc. The Service Coordinator will also be responsible for sending and receiving POs, entering payroll hours and providing administrative relief to other positions. including answering phones and coordinating office tasks Manage Odotrack vehicle tracking reports for payroll purposes Deliver professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Contribute ideas and process improvements to support company growth Qualifications Post‑secondary certificate or diploma in Accounting is preferred2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a medium‑to‑large or multi‑company environment Strong data entry and organizational skills Basic accounting knowledge Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities Must be legally entitled to work in Canada The Hercules Group of Companies is a national leader in industrial lifting, rigging, material handling, and safety solutions, proudly supporting critical industries across Canada.
