Working from one to four shifts weekly, this Casual Educator covers absences at Harvest Hills. You will engage children from 12 months through kindergarten through learning and recreational activities. Strong relationships, effective communication, and multitasking support quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cover educator shifts when regular educators are absent
- Implement programming tailored to children’s needs
- Actively engage children throughout daily activities
- Support integrated learning and recreation
- Follow Alberta childcare regulations and policies

Requirements:

- Full-day availability at least three days weekly
- Dependable, adaptable approach to on-call scheduling
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain Alberta Child Care certification
- Transparent vulnerable sector check and First Aid certification
