The County of Lambton seeks one Registered Practical Nurse for a single long-term care home. You will oversee resident care under Registered Nurse guidance, direct PSW work, and collaborate with health care professionals. Registration with the College of Nurses and a Certificate of Competence are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and direct PSW work
• Document residents, treatments, medications, behaviours, and incidents
• Transcribe physician or pharmacy orders as necessary

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma
• Registration with the College of Nurses
• Maintain nursing registration through ongoing education
• Complete one to three months on-the-job training
