Salary: $21 per hour. Overtime pay is 1.5 times the employee's regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends
Full-time: 30 hours weekly

Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Education: Secondary School plus CPR or First Aid

Language: English

Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available

Work in employer's/client's home

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and care for children before and after school
- Assist children with getting ready for school, pack lunches and snacks
- Accompany children to and from school and to appointments
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Instruct children on personal hygiene and social development
- discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Maintain a protected and healthy environment in the home
- Travel with family and assist with childcare
- Light housekeeping
