Support pet families in Vaughan as a Pet Valu Keyholder, using customer service expertise and POS knowledge in a part time store setting.

The Keyholder supports daily operations across Pet Valu stores and represents the store in its surrounding community. You will recommend products and services for pets while prioritizing Safety, Compassion, Expertise and Efficiency. This position includes cashiering, paperwork, stocking, maintenance, and store opening and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process cashier transactions and deliver customer sales
- Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and miscellaneous paperwork
- Stock pet supplies and household items in sales areas
- Unload deliveries and stock cases and bags
- Open and close the store following company procedures

Requirements:

- At least two years of retail or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of point of sale systems
- Solid customer service skills and friendly personality
- Ability to lift fifty pounds repetitively
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and possible valid driver’s license
