Working under the Operations Manager, this Barista helps maintain service and quality standards throughout the Eatery. Responsibilities include beverage preparation, food execution, stocking, inventory support, order taking, and guest problem resolution. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and a proactive attitude are important for this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional “YES I CAN” service to every guest
- Mix, pour, and serve hot and cold beverages
- Stock displayed food and beverage products
- Assist with beverage and product inventory
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and dishwashing duties

Requirements:

- Experience providing exemplary customer service
- Experience working in high-volume, high-pressure situations
- Cash register and cash float reconciliation experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Kitchen or culinary experience is an asset
