Ma Kami team members are provided with many opportunities for professional career growth in a fulfilling and dynamic work environment.The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and improving engaging curriculum and learning materials that support student success and meet regulatory, accreditation, and institutional standards. Working closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and academic leaders, the Instructional Designer applies adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective in-person, online, and blended learning experiences.Key Accountabilities: Design, develop, and revise curriculum, course outlines, lesson plans, learning activities, assessments, and instructional resources.Collaborate with faculty, program coordinators, subject matter experts, media designers, and curriculum developers to ensure curriculum aligns with learning outcomes and industry requirements.Apply instructional design principles and adult learning principles to create engaging and accessible learning experiences.Design and storyboard in-person, online and blended learning content using learning management systems and educational technologies.Storyboard a variety of multimedia objects, including videos, branching scenarios, and animationsReview existing courses and recommend improvements to instructional materials,
