This part time, fixed-term position supports customers and store teams across daily retail activities. You will tell product stories, maintain merchandise, and create a warm, welcoming environment. The role requires flexibility, learning across store functions, and active participation in health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create welcoming customer experiences throughout the store
- Leverage products to tell engaging stories
- Conduct inventory counts and manage product returns
- Receive incoming merchandise and replenish stock
- Promote health and safety for customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Retail experience preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to learn and support all store aspects
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to lift medium to large items safely
- Flexible availability including overnights and early mornings
