Elite Domo seeks an experienced Private Chef, Head Chef, or Executive Chef for a luxury heli-ski lodge. You will serve private groups of up to 16 guests, adapting between family-style meals, tasting menus, plated courses, and shared dishes. The temporary season runs December through April.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wide-ranging menus for guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Prepare international cuisine, including Asian and Mediterranean influences
• Maintain food quality, presentation, timing, and flavour
• Manage kitchen organization, procurement, inventory,

• Coordinate dining service with lodge personnel and breakfast chef

Requirements:

• Professional Private Chef, Head Chef, or Executive Chef experience
• Experience delivering refined dining for small groups
• Knowledge of international cuisines and dietary accommodations
• Kitchen management, procurement, inventory, and food safety knowledge
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
