Support eye care patients at FYidoctors Ottawa - McLeod St through appointments, pre-testing, and eyewear services. Work 20-29 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

This Patient Services Specialist position combines patient communication with front-of-clinic coordination and optical support. You will help manage visits, prepare prescription printouts, process billing and payments, and assist with eyewear pick-ups. The clinic works with patients in person, by phone, and through email, requiring strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency. You will also perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care and complete additional clinic duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient appointments and prescription printouts
- Engage with patients by phone, email, and in person




- Complete pre-testing for comprehensive eye care
- Process billing and payments accurately
- Handle eyewear pick-ups, repairs, and adjustments

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
