Paladin Security offers hospital security work within a busy acute care facility providing emergency, medical, surgical, mental health, and rehabilitation services. This position requires professional communication, careful observation, and accurate reporting. Guards greet visitors, enforce hospital policies, and help maintain safety during daily operations and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors, patients, and staff while providing directions
- Ensure hospital policies are followed throughout the site
- De-escalate tense situations and resolve conflicts professionally




- Work with hospital staff and local law enforcement
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and fire alarms

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Current MMR, Varicella, COVID-19, and TB records
- Ability to remain clean-shaven for N95 fit testing
- UOF and MOAB certifications or Paladin training willingness
