Herschel Supply Co. seeks an IT Systems & Support Coordinator to be the primary technical contact for Vancouver HQ, UK, APAC teams, and stores. You’ll handle end-user hardware, software, and network support, manage tickets, provisioning, and AV setups. Hybrid role based in Vancouver with in office and WFH flexibility.

You will triage and resolve issues, assist onboarding/offboarding, and escalate infrastructure changes when needed to keep teams operating smoothly.
