Linck-Child,-Youth-
Chatham-Kent
Linck Child, Youth and Family Supports (“Linck”) requires one (1) Supervised Access Worker. This is a permanent, full-time (70 hours bi-weekly) role.
The Supervised Access Worker will be required to work days and evenings. The incumbent would be expected to work “irregular” hours based on the needs of the program.
The incumbent will observe access visits for families receiving child protection services and maintain a safe workplace for children and youth, while recording transparent, concise, fact-based case notes regarding details during access visits, including parent-child interactions, foster parent/parent interactions, parent/staff interactions, exceptional information, etc.
Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
Linck does not intentionally use artificial intelligence (AI) to screen, assess, or make decisions regarding candidates during the recruitment, selection, or hiring process. However, we recognize that third-party recruitment platforms and software providers may periodically introduce or update AI-enabled features. Accordingly, we regularly review the technology used in our recruitment processes to ensure that any AI functionality is not relied upon in making hiring decisions and that candidate assessments remain under human oversight.
