Lead meaningful business and technology transformation as a Change Manager supporting multiple high-impact initiatives. You’ll turn complex change into practical readiness and adoption plans, partnering directly with senior leaders, operational teams and frontline employees. This 6-12 month contract offers $100/hour and a hands-on opportunity to shape how change is successfully embedded across a complex organization.A typical day: Lead end-to-end change strategies, impact assessments and readiness plans across multiple concurrent transformation initiativesPartner with senior leaders, project teams and operational stakeholders to identify impacts, adoption barriers and practical change interventionsDevelop targeted stakeholder engagement, communication, training and enablement strategies for corporate and distributed frontline teamsAssess business readiness and mitigate adoption risks affecting productivity, customer experience, safety, compliance and operationsMeasure adoption, support go-live and stabilization, and establish reinforcement strategies that sustain new ways of workingSuccessful candidates will have:
