Deliver personalized guest service at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga through hospitality, communication, and proactive engagement. This is a seasonal fixed term assignment.

As a Seasonal Guest Experience Representative, you will represent Square One as a brand ambassador within its luxury retail environment. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will welcome guests, anticipate needs, provide information, and support memorable interactions. The position continues until January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests through proactive, personalized hospitality-led interactions
- Provide directions, information, services, and centre-specific assistance
- Promote and sell Square One Gift Cards




- Document guest concerns and coordinate timely follow-up
- Support promotional offers and events

Requirements:

- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Positive attitude and confidence initiating guest interactions
- Computer proficiency with social media, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- One to two years of retail experience preferred
