David’s Bridal is seeking a Wedding Dress Stylist skilled in gown selection, customer listening, and appointment-based selling.
As a Bridal Stylist, you will build relationships and understand emotional and practical needs while guiding customers toward dresses. You will manage customer flow through appointments, profiles, favorites, iPad tools, and point-of-sale systems. Success includes supporting sales, service, store operations, and wedding-party appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ask questions and listen to understand customer expectations
- Research products with iPad tools and customer information
- Strive to identify the perfect gown within three try-ons
- Set appointments for complete wedding parties
- Process transactions accurately and promote additional services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Preferred one to two years of retail experience
- Preferred apparel, service, or specialty-store background
- Preferred experience using computerized point-of-sale systems
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers
