Gerdau is seeking a Production Welder Fabricator for MIG welding, equipment setup, and fabrication at Bradley Steel Processors in Winnipeg.

As a Robot Welder reporting to the location Supervisor, you will support production goals without compromising safety, quality, or efficiency. The work includes operating MIG equipment, interpreting blueprints, setting welding parameters, using power tools, and checking weld quality. Applicants need Grade 12 or GED, basic robot programming ability, and one to two years of hand and robot welding experience. Skilled welding courses may substitute for experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG production welding and fabrication
- Interpret blueprints and manufacturing process specifications
- Set up parts,



equipment, and welding parameters
- Use equipment and power tools as needed
- Inspect welds and parts using gauges

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or GED
- Basic robot programming skills
- One to two years of relevant welding experience
- Ability to set up hand and robot welding equipment
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
